Using PIXI's CFG Editor to Edit Vanilla Sprites

So the readme file for PIXI says that you can open your rom with the CFG Editor to edit the original sprites in the game, but when I open it, it looks like this, and it doesn't let me edit any of the values for any of the sprites:

Huh, I didn't know the CFG Editor had that functionality.
In any case, Tweaker is guaranteed to work.
It's easily the best thing I've done
So why the empty numb?
Pixi's CFG editor is read-only for vanilla sprites, it doesn't have any functionality in actually editing them.
For that purpose you must use Tweaker (or just manual hex edits), which Koopster linked above.

You might want to edit the readme then:

BONUS: As of version 1.1, you can also open your ROM in the CFG Editor and use it to tweak existing sprites in the
game, basically replicating the functionality of Tweaker.
Ah. Well thanks for the info anyways, I guess the readme was wrong.

I'm not sure what the readme says but at one point you could make custom tweaked sprites with the cfg editor.

So if that's wrong then the readme does need to change.
