I'll have to reject these graphics because of several reasons.

The first one is that they aren't accurate rips from Mario Forever. I compared the sprites with this video here. They look very different, and I couldn't even tell that they we're from that game.

Even if it was labeled as "original", I would have to reject it, since they fail to resemble the enemies from Human Laboratory World from Mario Forever. The first thing is that they have no shading at all, so they look very bland and simplistic, even when is compared by the SMW ones. I recommend checking Lumy's Workshop for some tips in pixel art.

The second reason is that you showed some enemies in the first submission, but they don't even appear in the graphic files. Judging it as a rip, it fails to deliver what's promised.

Not only it's missing files, but in your note.txt, you mention "custom palette needed". If a custom palette is essential, then, why don't provide it? It's not an obligation of the user to make the custom palette, it's from you, that is submitting these "ripped" graphics.

If a sprite doesn't use the vanilla SMW colors, the ripper / author of the graphics needs to provide a custom palette. Think for a moment, what if some of the users don't know how to rip graphics, they'll be screwed because you didn't include a custom palette?

Think more about the users from this site when submitting graphics. Anyone should be able to use and insert stuff without any hassle.
