I'm having problems with floating ips

good night this is my first post on this site and i need help when i create a patch on the flips o rom is created but it doesn’t appear in my roms folder nor in the emulator it only appears in lunar magic and on the flips itself can someone help me ?
What emulator are you using? I believe some emulators need the ROM to be in a designated folder. Most emulators allow you to navigate to find your ROMs, though - if that's the case, just look for it in your computer.
It's easily the best thing I've done
So why the empty numb?
Wait, what do you mean? What are the exact steps you did?
afaik the ROM you create your patch on is saved in the folder of your choice.

Also, are you sure the ROM itself is clean?

That's kind of vague honestly but if you created a patch it'll be a bps file and if you made it correctly it asks you where you want it saved. If you saved it in a different folder that might be why also since it's a bps and not a smc/sfc file emulators most likely won't show it since it's not a valid file they can run.

I would suggest looking over this tutorial it explains bps file really well and if you learn better with video here's a nice video tutorial for the same thing

well i use snesx9 64 bit 1.60
man i did the normal floating ips procedures i got the hack super mario world unexpectedience (smas smb1 styled) in bps i clicked apply patch i clicked on the hack and then i click on the original smw rom
There's also an output window that indicates which folder the patched ROM will appear - did you run through that? If not, it's likely you did something wrong in the process. If you did, just look around in your computer.
