UberASMTool error

I tried this software but it said Line 1 - Error: unspecified code type (level/overworld/gamemode). What else could I do?

Edit: I tried first to put the files to the folder that had the smw hack file before this problem happens.

It looks like you messed up the tool's list.txt file. Can you post its contents here so we can look at what's wrong with it?
Umm I have PIXI for the list.txt and all but how about UberASMTool?

Should I use the list.txt from the ones I'm using for custom sprites or should I create a new list? Or should I merge the files of the UberASMTool to the files that has the .smc from hack or not?

Each tool uses a different list.txt. When you download UberASMTool it already comes with a list file, so try redownloading it and putting it in the tool's folder.
Pro tip: Put each tool into separate folders and use batch / script files to call the tools. That way, they won't interfer with each other, especially with the ASM folders (since PIXI, AMK and UberASM all use them).
Can you show me pictures please for more information?

Edit: Now it's showing that the ROM file does not exist. Even when the ROM hack is there tho.

I have had that problem too. What I do is I copy-paste my rom to the UberASMTool folder, run it, and cut it and paste it back.

Open the list.txt file in UberASM's base folder, then check the path specified at the bottom by the "rom:" line. That should be the relative path to your hack.
