I just have one more level to finish the first demo, and I have been thinking if the executions of my levels, particularly the first ones I made in 2015-2016 could still be accepted today. There is also a problem where I sometimes make things either better or worse while changing things, due to how inconsistent my mindset is.
I don't feel convinced of how strict it is. And even though I gave downloads of beta versions of my hack on a couple of threads, nobody even tries to test it and help me find issues anyway. I playtest excessively, but the disadvantage I have is me identifying the issues and the fact that nowadays it takes months to finish making a single level to make sure it's polished.
So, what do you think I should do and what are the optimized methods of making levels and the overworld?
