@Blind Devil, all I have to say is I understand your situation. I regret many things and almost all of them are my fault. Most of them are related to school, but they're mainly my only fault. Here in Poland, there are many things that a lot of students can't learn and there are teachers that can't teach pupils who don't understand right, but they're slightly better than teachers who don't teach at all.

I believe that your situation will cease some way. You shouldn't kill yourself for anything that couldn't definitely be improved in your life. Multiple people have killed themselves for much more trivial reasons, but they should've understood how much worse their life could've been.

Good luck and I hope you'll somehow recover!

Also, the only thing I'm sure I'm allergic to are spring pollens. I don't know what else I'm allergic to, but milk is also possible, although I've had no serious allergic reaction to anything besides the pollens maybe.

Also rhinitis. I live with that ever since I was born. It's hella annoying - I constantly sneeze when I'm doing anything, and when the cold adds to that, my nose becomes a waterfall. I also feel the need to scratch my nose all the time, but the itches never cease. Everything about these things stress me a lot, and also disturb me to play games, work, sleep, study...

I don't have rhinitis but it sounds terrible. I hope you get better soon.

Well, speaking of studies, this college semester was supposed to be my last. But I've got an extremely low grade in one of my three classes and I'm sure I won't be able to recover it.

Don't give up now! You've come so far!

All because the teacher doesn't teach us anything - we've even had to make an assessment using a tool that we never knew about, and nothing... nothing about it was taught prior to the test. Not only that - this class is about something completely unrelated to Computer Networks since it's about database, SQL and stuff. Like, I'm extremely angry and sad about this.

I've had this experience before and my class are still complaining about it even 1 year later. The teacher eventually quit and we got another computer science teacher. In the lessons that were supposed to help us revise for the test, we basically learnt new stuff. Literally, I'm not joking.

I have no money, no proper job (currently I'm helping my father in his car repair center but he can't pay me well due to difficulties, there's also that)

I can't relate. I'm just a kid who doesn't know about what it's like to be in your situation. I'm sure I could put myself in your shoes and try to understand but that'll be hard. Either way, I hope you recover and get the life you deserve, a good one.

No moral support from my mother or anyone else... and the end of the year is near. All that's left for me is to stay home listening to my mother screaming and yelling at me all the time as if everything was my fault.

Not getting any support is the worst on its own. But your parents and your own family not giving you any makes everything a lot worse. I'm sure you have some friends to speak to about the situation.

Sorry for this random venting here but I felt it was necessary. It's been a while disconnected from the site overall and I had no one to talk to in the meantime so yeah.

It's OK, you don't need to be sorry. I'm sure someone is available, right? You can vent your frustration to me if needed.

Anyway, you should probably make a topic in the Reality Corner. That's where these things go and I'm sure you'll get support making a topic there. It works, trust me.
Hello.
Good news, everyone, today is the day! I'm finally eating my own words!

For a good while now, I've always been the guy to say that I'd never use BSNES for gaming, because the input lag was simply too much for me. I would even go so far as to prefer the way less accurate ZSNES, just for some lag reduction. Well, guess what. It looks as though things are finally changing! I've played around a bit with this feature and it definitely makes a noticable difference. In fact, BSNES might have just become my preferred emulator for playing SNES ROMs, just for this feature alone.
Feel free to visit my website/blog - it's updated rarely, but it looks pretty cool!
Hey users of SMW Central that live in places where they have daylight savings: Do not forget to turn your clocks back 1 hour before bed tonight!

That's all, bye.

Also remember the fact that its been 15 years since madotsuki jumped.

Thanks, but this whole clock business is so confusing. Seriously, I've already had to turn my watch back multiple times and it's hard to even get it on the exact right second each time.
Hello.
a broken clock is right twice a day
I guess you could say it was about time someone brought up DST. But I wouldn't sweat the minute details. It's hour decision whether or not we should reset the time. No point in second-guessing ourselves on our judgment.

Honestly though, I hadn't even noticed that times have been rolled back by an hour until just now. Maybe I'm just slow on the uptake.

STELLA!
You see, my country is so messed up that even though our president decided to abolish DST, some phones and computers still automatically anticipated an hour by themselves. And it's not the first time it happens on mistake this year. I couldn't even manually change it back on my phone until I adjusted the automatic time after looking up for a solution.

Don't worry. I feel like a majority of people don't expect the moment when the time rolls back since there's no true notification on when that occurs. And if there was a notification that the time will be rolled back, not many would take note since the rollback occurs during the night and most modern devices are able to adjust to the rollback by themselves. So the only real indication that a rollback occurred is when you notice that the outside looks darker than normal, or when there is a discrepancy between different clocks in the house/apartment.
I just forget it exists.
Hello.
Fortunately for me, my phone and PC's clocks reset their times automatically. I don't need to manually set the times forward/back every year. Take that, suckers!

dst has no practical reason to exist lol. the only thing it does is disrupt your sleep schedule twice a year, it doesn't account for anything regarding the day/night cycle and is a generally tedious endeavor if you have clocks that don't keep track of the date and adjust automatically

Can't relate. DST doesn't exist here.

Yes.

That's it, just yes. To make better use of daylight? What?
Hello.
so that people can get that one extra hour of sleep.

And they lose it the other day. I find time change pointless because you have to adjust some clocks manually which is a waste of time. Also, it doesn't help you use the daylight possibly best so much.

I can tell you why DST exists.

It exists as an excuse for me to clock some awful time puns.
