I have a problem with a patch

Well, when i use this patch in my rom: http://www.smwcentral.net/?p=section&a=details&id=12773

There is no change on it, i patched it on another rom, it was still the same! Can someone explain me how to fix this error?

By the way, here are the images:

I hope someone finds a solution!
After you patch your rom you need to edit out the areas of the OW border with Lunar magic.
File → Layer 3 Submap → Load Layer 3 of submap
Pick the map you want and edit out the sides one by one just don't forget to save.

Follow what MarioFanGamer said.
My advice will let you edit the border to change things up if you want but his way is easier.
Edit the overworld border. The reason why you don't see any changes is because while the patch allows you to remove, you still have to make changes to the border manually. You don't have to create the widescreen border, though (unless you use a custom overworld border but it doesn't look like it aside from the palette), as you can just take Border.bin, rename it into ExGFXyy.bin (yy being a not used number between 80 and FFF including), insert it, go to the overworld editor and change the layer 3 tilemap (#lm{l3gfxby}) into the ExGFX file.
Ok i understand something but, wich slot?
Like what do you name the file? It can be anything from 80 - FFF in hex so example ExGFX81 or ExGFXA2A.
I have the file on ExGFX1FA, after i open Submap Layer 3 GFX (#lm{l3gfxby}), wich slot i use? (Lg1, Lg2, Lg3, Lg4)
You want to use the lower settings make sure "Enable bypass of standard layer 3 tileap" is checked and then use "GFX Tilemap file LT3"

the bin file provided with the patch isn't a graphics file it's the tilemap for the border.
Thanks buddy! Now it Works. #wario{^_^}
