awwwwwwwwwwww YEEEEEEAH dude, this is great; I'll enjoy using these samples a lot
thanks for this dude, this is insane haha
Well, my first C3 submission, and hopefully not my last! Finally, BRRs get some love.
I've always been a bit of a geek with sampling. Ever since I was a kid, I've found samplers fascinating, especially the ones that had interesting quirks and artifacts. So when I found out the Snes used samples, I really wanted to make music for it. When I discovered AddmusicK in 2015, I was already experimenting with making my own BRR samples, and I still continue to make more samples in hopes of using them in ports. In fact, my favorite part of the porting process for Snes has to be making custom samples.
The collection I am presenting here has been four years in the making. It contains 782 samples, all of which are homemade, either for use in my own ports, or made by request for other porters. Do you love sound design? You should find things to keep you busy. Do you want to create JRPG music, a banging rock track, or, well, something else? You should find something that inspires you.
Cool Features:
• many homemade samples
• clean loops with no buzzing/clicking
• huge distribution of instruments
• most samples are small and fairly crisp, optimized for SMW porting
• tuning and adsr provided for all samples
• most samples sound good with a wide variety of setups
• I take sample requests, which can be used to expand the collection!
I plan to post this in the custom music section at some point, and maybe submit it to the brr samples section.
I regularly make more samples, so I plan to update the collection from time to time, say, once or twice a year, depending on how much attention it gets and how often I add new stuff.
Have fun, and feel free to complement, criticize and make suggestions.

Make more of less, that way you won't make less of more!
