Audio File Music - How do I make one? (SMW Music Hacking Help)

Is it possible?

I would like the Title Screen music to have the buzzkill effect when
Mario makes a mistake
in my ROM hack, or in this case,
Super Mario World: Gone Wrong!
The problem is the fact that I don't know how to use an audio file to replace that music. There must be some kind of technique around this.

If you have an answer, please let me know. I would very much appreciate it.

Thank you.

Not entirely sure why you made this a poll...

It's sorta possible, if I'm understanding your question correctly. You can not insert an audio file directly, however (unless you use MSU-1, but that's a whole different story). Instead, you have to essentially re-compose the song in a format usable with the SNES, which can then be inserted with AddmusicK. This is a rather complex process with no easy one-to-one conversion, though; if you're curious, there's a guide here.

If you don't want to port it yourself, check the music section for a song that works instead. Alternatively, put in a request here, though there's no guarantee your request will be fulfilled, so I would not rely on that.
