VLDC11 - Discussion and Questions

I can confirm there are no plans to turn this into a collab at this time. We cannot afford to take the time to put together another collab while there are still 3 or 4 unfinished site collabs still being worked on.
The biggest offender is VLDCX. 60 entries were planned to be there. It's been 3000 2 years and still no finished collab.

Wonder if that would be any more feasible than a 24 hour contest where the gimmick is to make your own fully custom boss from scratch. If any of them were to be cancelled I'm pretty sure there'd be an official statement of some kind. Right now the progress on SMWCP2 reminds me of the pitch drop experiment.

Does page 02 count as a VLDC map16 page? Because I have tiles on page 2 and 3 and I don't know if it's allowed..
Yeah you're supposed to keep Page 2 unaltered. This is another instance of "if we find time to make this a collab, leaving this page alone will make everything easier for us".
It should be hopefully fixed now.
Would it be possible to include the rope fix patch?
At least for levels that don't need the glitch for some kind of gimmick?
It's difficult to design around this glitch if it isn't meant to be used within a level.

Edit: also what about this fix for the on/off blocks? It's marked as a fix and would make useage of on/off switch blocks under water not as janky.
