Texture glitch - textures showing through the same texture [SOLVED!]

Help? What can I do to fix?

EDIT: Okay, so it appears that this is only happening with textures that I manually re-located in SketchUp. I'll probably figure this out and update here

Solution! Okay, so it turns out the new Super Mario 64 ROM Manager doesn't like when you mess with the colour altering function in the SketchUp 8 material editor. Leaving this up in case more people encounter this in the future.
