Adding patches without asar.

Asar is quaranteed by my antivitus when I run asar.exe.
I tried the program "flip" (I believe, it included that word), and I'm trying to add tis patch: https://www.smwcentral.net/?p=section&a=details&id=4494. But I can't figure out how to add it to my ROM, help?

How do I add patches to my rom without asar, my computer's antivirus doesn't like it.

Edit: Also, is there a patch that makes you lose some coins when hurt?
Asar is the only assembler which works with our patches. I've never before heard of it being flagged as suspicious, but your option would be to tell you antivirus to ignore it and look into sending it to the vendor as a false positive. If you're worried that it actually is harmful, keep in mind that it's an open source tool that you inspect and compile for yourself.
An addition, the tools in the tools section shouldn't contain a viruses (there were instances where they were being submitted but none of them were accepted) so any tool marked as a virus is a false positive.
