Is there any tips for good kaizo level design?

Hello! I'm still new to here... So I'm really not sure if this place is right to post.
Anyway, after my second attempt to submit my kaizo hack failed, I considering to recreate my first level completely later. (except some parts)
So, my goal is to find some good tips for good kaizo level design, actually. But I can't seem to find it.
Can someone help me?
Hmm only thing i can say is take are look at some kaizo hacks how the lvls ther and make some like this hacks.Ther is are contest on this forum but not sure if this contest for kaizo hacks and ther are light and hard kaizo hacks depends what you whant make.
This tutorial should hopefully cover the basics of both Kaizo: Hard and Kaizo: Light, but don't rely only on that.
As mentioned already, take a look at other kaizo hacks to get what we usually want to play and watch. Which difficulty you want to go for depends on your creativity and also your audience.

Are you alive or just breathing?
Thanks!
We Kaizo players/level designers are the biggest hypocrites ever!!
We dont mind making people play our levels for 10 hours and die to stupid things like really-tight-stuff/dumb-finish-line-trolls/whatever while claiming its perfect/jank-free.. at the same time, if we get stuck to something we dont like or dont understand (usually doing the wrong strat over and over) for more than 20 minutes we get salty as fk..

the only real good tip is.. dont do kaizo.
