Translucent water in the Bellingham Prison Sewers. Does it look nice?
It looks nice except that Mario looks wierd in it. He looks like a ghost instead of a brownish color and a purplish color. Dinomar, that looks great besides that the place with 4 houses looks like it should have 6 or 7.
Yeah, it looks cool sailor sun. I doesn´t think mario looks wierd in it.

I've removed my NoFades patch until I can find the brightness code for Star Road warps.
Looks nice, InvisibleCoinBlock. New Wave Bossa Nova sounds good with sample tool as well.
@InvisibleCoinBlock: Very nice. Now you just need some Zora's. Then it wont be possible to tell the difference between your game and an official Zelda-game.
I'm really looking forward to your hack, can you maybe give an estimation on how far you are done with your hack? :)

You could make it a bit more darker.
Forests are generally dark. But at night you hardly see any thing.

Why not use the disco lamp layer?

Thanks for the comments Kc and SMGamer (at page #7). Kc, I really don't know if I'm going to get rid of the status bar, but thanks for the suggestion.

@Dinomar: This BG is awesome, and your graphics are really nice too. I also loved your custom BG "Australian Desert BG", it's amazing. Keep up the good work!

@Foursword4: Very nice cutscene, it reminds me of the cutscenes from Keytastrophe. Is there a block that teleports you if you press B? If yes, wa sit released for the public? I really need it for my hack!

@Supertails: The graphics are much better now after these radical graphical changes (not so radical, but you understanded me).

@Daboys: The level looks really nice, but I'm going to win this contest! >:D

I'm just kidding, who knows? Maybe you win it and I get just a very small medal for participating of the contest! :P

Actually...I just used teleport blocks through blocktool. I know a few people who do it the same way. B is the jump button, so when Mario jumps, he hits the teleport block that leads to the next cutscene or level.
Oh... now I see. I'm actually using a block that teleports you if you press down, I would like a block that teleports you if you press B so you don't hear Mario's jump sound... I may have to code this block... I just need to know more about ASM hacking.

You could use directionals to advance I guess. Put Mario up in the air out of view, and put a teleport block to the right of him. Then, it will take just one press to advance the screen.
well, you'd need a block/ sprite that disables other movement so you wouldn't hear other sounds (or a sprite that silences you). By the way, here's my way of doing it:
