Example.

Updated the OP with Wakana and Mark's values.
No! That Kalimba's supposed to be updated, not a new alternate one! (Taking seriously moment)

Alrighty then.
Can anyone give two bass + lead and Honky-Tonk instruments?
Just for the record, ADSR is not a magic command that takes simple sound waves and transforms them into any sort of instrument, especially very specific MIDI-like samples (like honky-tonky piano).

Are the instruments Bowl Bottle and Electric Guitar (jazz)?

Bowl Bottle is probably impossible with ADSR alone, but:

@6 $AE $4A $00 $03 $00 -> Electric Guitar (jazz)

Another idea I wanted to show for a while now.

@15 $CF $33 $00 $01 $E8 -> Timpani (Octave 1-3 only) I recommend using $FA $03 $XX on lower octaves since it is quiet.

Is Such a dulcimer instrument because I saw something new?
Some vanilla instruments I used frequently:

Code
@1     $A8 $A0 $B8 $03 $00    ; Strings
@6     $AE $8C $B8 $03 $00    ; Synth Piano (Mid)
@8     $AF $C8 $B8 $1E $00    ; Alternate Acoustic Bass
@4     $BC $A6 $B8 $03 $00    ; Alto Sax, with $DE $20 $10 $20 $EC $02 $01 $01
Added! I especially like the synth piano, that's a great use of @6.
This is unrelated, but I think you should make the instrument number (the thing above the ADSR values themselves) boldfaced to make it easier to read and understand.

I found another alternate harp for @0:
@0 $EF $08 $00 $03 $00 -> Harp 3/SNES-Styled Harp

Similar ADSR like this has been used by only a few people I heard ports from.

Kinda replacement for the original Pizz Strings @5 ADSR:
@5 $BF $38 $00 $07 $00 + $EC $00 $01 $F4

If you still think the original ADSR of it is fine, you can make this as an alt. or call as a better version or something.

Mid-range vanilla-styled French Horn:
@6 $D6 $A0 $00 $03 $00 + $EC $04 $04 $0C

This does not work well on high octaves, mostly octaves 5 and 6. For best results, stick with octaves 3 to 4. Octave 2 for bass. But don't use octave 1 for this.

Good idea, I probably should have done that three years ago. Adjusted OP.

@Mark: Added (I like the harp!), and I put the pizzicato strings as a second to the one already in the OP.
I don't know if it'll sound good in a song, but I have one.
@7 Steel Drum:
Drawbar Organ: $93 $C0 $61 $04 $00 $9F $40 $40
This one uses the AMK pattern, I'm not sure if that's allowed or not.

I just thought of another one for @5.

@5 $99 $A0 $B4 $07 $00 -> Some Sort Of Woodwind? (Lower attack depending on how low the octave is)

Here's where I got that idea from.

SPCs with and without GAIN rests.

Something I use for noise:
n1F $FA $20 $00 $00 $00 -> Maracas (Use with mid-range quantization, the longer the note, the more shorter the quantization is)

Example beat.
