I feel that a lot of the hack's success is because of our perception of what makes a good level in the hack, since just about anything goes as long as it resembles a dlc level that Nintendo would make. Wait, what? Do levels have to be Nintendo-like/authentic? I thought the DLC thing was just a joke, and I even asked zac about this before. I haven't really kept in touch with the collab, but afaik the collab's quirk was making levels w/o changing its settings.

If authenticity is now a requirement then you should definetly can the two levels I made, especially Vanilla Secret 1, there's no way in hell Nintendo would've used glitches in their level design lol.

The beta testers will probably give info on quality control, but I doubt we will need it. The levels I've played are good. Oh Christian07's level we gotta ditch one of the puffers. soooo sloow. lol

The sprite limit is a major problem, any way to combat this?

It appears your link to the video is actually just the link to this thread. Also, sprite tile limits was an issue with my level, but I guess zacmario won't allow patches. So, I don't know what to do about that.

Well I can't load video, as kyanite said. But there isn't much we can do to help with Sprite tiles, most of the users made there levels to not have it. Try using less sprites. But the video would defiantly help to see what's up.

I don't see any sprite tile limits in natnew's level. Is it in the second part, perhaps? Also, zacmario, sorry for not asking this earlier, but what exactly did you do with my level? The level is pretty much based around sprites, and sprite-based platforms. I'm just curious, is all.

uhm...
just so you know, there's a second porcu puffer in the level because without it, if the player dies, there won't be any puffer anymore. i guess a workaround for this would be killing the first puffer, but im not sure how to do that...

The beginning is fine, but the sprites stop spawning normally once the camera pans down, and there are only 2/3 sprite slots from that point on. That's what I need help with.

I just inseted it and played it, it was beatable, and only that one bad map16 tile, I thought it was a go.

Iam aware of that. I did like the level. Unfortunately puffer was designed for level with out midways. :( worst case senario we have to cut him from the beginning half. we can wait and see beta tester feel. I thought your level was preety cool btw.
