Sunstroke Project

You know that band with the Epic Sax Guy and Epic Violin Guy?
They actually a lot of good songs.

Their lyrics are engrishy and silly, but that's part of the charm, I don't really care about lyrics most of time anyway.

Epic Singer Guy is pretty nice and all, but the stars are really the sax and the violin, they add these songs to another level of greatness, while they would have been just nice electro-house songs without these.

But with the sax and violin, oh hell it is good.
So many nice melodies.

Das Racist - Nutmeg

#smrpg{gasp} gets me so hype
ask me if i give a f*ck...
The entire Richard D. James album by Aphex Twin that I should've listened to eons ago, waaaay back when the first non-VGM tourney happened.

Lots of other tracks that are about as good as 4!
It's easily the best thing I've done
So why the empty numb?
Windows彡96 - Another Day

Really gets your groove on.
Other recommended tracks from the album, in no particular order: After, Facts, Red Skies.
Layout by RanAS, modified by yours truly.

Michael Jackson - Tabloid Junkie

Man, I really like his songs!
I especially like his 90s stuff.
It's so good and unique.

Himiko Kikuchi - Cosmic Dust Blue

Japanese jazz fusion is just otherworldly.
SiIvaGunner's Highest Quality Rips
Tiesto Feat. BT - Love Comes Again
This is definitely one of Tiesto's stranger songs.
*everything stops*
Yeah, that's me. You're probably wondering how I got into this situation...
*cut to next post*
been listening to Shiina Ringo's songs. cant believe i hadnt discovered her earlier. i like her songs so much i even went ahead and bought her 2nd album Shouso Strip, cuz it has my favorite: Tsumi to Batsu
Tim McGraw - Live Like You Were Dying. Not much of a country fan, but after holding shit in for so long it feels nice to have found a song that actually brought me to tears. Used to listen to this song with my dad a few years back (still his favorite song), and since he moved to California I haven't really been able to talk to or see him much at all.
Pop Up! - Fresh
Not as awesome as Flavored but still a good album. I recommend Unique, First Class and Kawaii as tracks (especially the second, and not even because it uses a french song as its sample).
Jacula - Tardo Pede In Magiam Versus

I have a mild interest in this group, mostly because of some mysteries involving their 1969 release and the authenticity of it (supposedly edited in 2001, being the only known version, with the original 1969 release being an extremely rare version with limited copies at the time, thus, unheard on the internet or anywhere yet).

This is not that album though.
It heavily uses a organ for its main sound and atmosphere, the organist for the band was at the time an old man (about 68) and married a 18 year old girl.
The operatic female vocals are magnificent and really add to the atmosphere, giving it a very 'old gothic horror movie' type of feeling.
Very soothing and delightfully ominous at the same time.

I really enjoy the sound of the organ, so I am very fond of this band.
Dawn upon me, morning sun... I anxiously tarry for thee, come to vanquish this horrible era of my life.

Things I am excited for:
Apparently there is nothing announced anywhere that really interests me.

Things I probably should do:
Update my profile to coincide with the new changes.
Shinjuku Mad - Morning Star
Somehow both melancholic and happy. I love it.

I also recommend, even thought the feeling is way different, Human Wave Attack from the same band. Negatives is nice too (it's in another album though).
Piklopedia - Pikmin 2

I've managed to listen to this for 30 minutes, and I can very well listen to it for 30 more minutes. Not today though.

I've been listening to a weird array of things, some stuff I already listened a few times before, and also Sonic Mania because that OST is awesome.
