All of Yoshi's eggs have been returned to him. I'm surpised at how many people looked for eggs. I had 41 entries, in fact.
Who Found ALL the Eggs? There were three successful egg hunters: Mirann, LX5 and Shiny Ninetales. You guys will all receive a special GOLD EGG badge:
Everyone else who entered will receive a normal green egg participant badge. Imagine this in your profiles:

I did think a few of these locations would be a bit tricky to find, though I was proved wrong! The number in brackets is how many users found this egg.

Rules page (39) - easiest egg to find
To clear up any confusion regarding the Rules page egg. The thread was converted to a site page soon after the egg hunt began, meaning some of you found it twice. That only counted as one egg. Sorry for that (blame staff). Also, whoever it was that found an egg in my file bin... that wasn't an egg.
Fun fact: a total of 381 eggs were found. Your badges have been sent off to be added... though when that will happen is beyond me
Anyway! Thanks to everyone who looked for eggs. Hope it made your Easter more enjoyable! And a huge shoutout to leod who did all the mod parts for me and made the eggs look nice with fancy CSS - obviously couldn't have done it without him so thanks!
