Super Mario World but I accidentally deleted all the levels so I had to recreate them loosely from memory

So I was messing around in Lunar Magic the other day, right? Just the usual stuff! Anyway, I had just recently eaten a large container of butter (I'm American), and my fingers were slippery. Suddenly, my fingers slipped and I accidentally deleted a good amount of the first world's levels! Realizing I had a disaster on my hands, I quickly got to work fixing my mistakes. Here you guys go—I'm so sorry for my carelessness. I swear it'll never happen again.

edit: also, sorry about the layer 3 smashers—I completely forgot that level was supposed to scroll
This is actually pretty funny. I'll have to try it out.

it's almost right, yet changed enough that submitting it to the site wouldn't constitute a section ban. Nice work!
ask me if i give a f*ck...
when u want to c3 but u outta time
Actually a cool hack (the first two levels mainly). What happened to the castle? I can see that you moved the Auto Scroll to the main entrance, which makes the next area impossible to progress. I think you forgot to add H-scroll to this area if you were to swap the concept of the castle overall. Or maybe it was just intended. lmao
...it's the guy who literally made those joke hacks... Is the hack actually good, guys? Pls show screenshots.
Just so you know, I'm very active on the site anymore like I was before; I'm mainly on Discord now.
I kinda wish that this was more based around the actual levels than just like, remakes of the levels with just the same general sprites and tilesets. I think it'd be pretty funny to see just...wrong versions of the original levels ;p Still a cool concept tho!
I liked the concept of this hack#tb{:p}
It's a cool concept that can bring the nostalgia for who like the original game and yet want to play something new.
It was fun to play the first world of the original game a bit different but I think that the hack can get repetitive if you decide make a full-game 96 exits hack later.

Thanks for playing and have fun!

What's the title about? And why does the .bps not change anything in the game?
Your layout has been removed.
I'm going to guess these levels in this hack is somewhat like Milk's VLDC8 Level, Copyright Violation? Cause it is quite an interesting idea.

But we have undo buttons... #wario{-_-?}

Jokes aside, this actually sounds pretty interesting, even if it'll seem kinda like a blatant edit hack.
End of this message.
That's actually a cool idea. If I tried to create just the 1st world I would have some things right, but I honestly know things would be wrong.

By the way, I'm an american and I also nibble on butter sticks. What brand butter do you eat?
The few complete levels here are fairly solid, kind of a shame you didn't remake the tides/castle in the same style lol. Nice idea and good execution (for about half of the hack, at least #ab{;)}). I get that it's a joke-ish thing but a full hack with levels like this probably wouldn't be that bad.

Lol interesting idea. Would have loved to see some screenshots though.
Layout by LDA during C3.
Pretty neat, definitely would have liked to see some of the later levels recreated loosely from memory (assuming there isn't anything past the castle, didn't fix it myself), as I think those ones are a lot fuzzier for some people.

... Not that the levels within were all that similar to the originals, barring Yossy's house and the castle.
I'm glad a few people like the concept of this hack. I originally started this as a complete and utter joke, but when I started actually having to make levels (something I'm not so good at anymore), I decided to take it a bit more seriously. So much so that I started considering just releasing it as a parody of all the "Super Mario World sequels" that people always make. I ended up deciding against that, though. Regardless, this was pretty fun! I had to relearn how to do a bunch of stuff within Lunar Magic like setting up Exits, Secondary Entrances, and all the events in the overworld. Unfortunately, with other things happening at the same time, I wasn't able to dedicate all of my time to this, so much so that I wasn't even sure if I'd be able to release it for C3—so I rushed it along. You can very evidently see the results of my rushing, as I didn't even bother to make an actual level for the castle. The level with layer 3 water, though, I didn't make a redesign for not because of I was trying to finish in time (though that sort of contributed), but because I had never actually designed around a lot of the elements in that level, and I wasn't sure if I could create anything satisfactory around such elements.

And Vic Rattlehead, I might continue past the first world, but at the moment I'm not so certain. Thank you everybody for the feedback, though!
you should tbh
