Level Creators Needed! Help me finish my rom!

5-8, finished

It has a secret exit now. I also slightly changed two or three obstacles. Only vanilla resources were used. I used level 10B and sublevel 70.
Ok awesome. I need it in level image files and the map16 bank to insert it into the rom though.
Ghost House 3 mainly completed.
I may still edit this if need be based on feedback.

It's short but hard and getting the secret exit is extremely difficult without using Lunar Magic for help, though mostly everything is visible (nothing like blind pipe jumps or P switches behind objects, though there is a blue door somewhere). You just have to figure this labyrinthine level out and think outside the box in order to find the exit.

It is posssible to dodge that reflecting fireball if you are fast enough.



Probably the two toughest Koopas in the game (although I do not know about the Star / Rainbow worlds).



Getting the flower in the turn block is easier said than done.



Duck jumping is your friend throughout this section.

I like 1-3, although it is clear that you have not included No More Sprite Tile Limits in the IPS. (I am not 100% sure that is still vanilla).

I also like the music. Should that music become the standard castle music?
Claustrophobic jumps like that aren't even appropriate in good kaizo hacks, let alone normal hacks. Also, landing in small spaces while dodging munchers isn't creative.
Do you have any other ideas for potential rooms?

That room was mainly based on Grass Tower and Muncher Fortress from M2W2V. I wanted to create a "plant-based" room.

I want Bowser's Castle to be hard (but obviously not Kaizo). I have completed the current version through the fence section without savestates (though it took me a long time) but not the Muncher section. I was wondering whether it is too hard (though it seems easier with small Mario).

Some other potential ideas for rooms I have already got are a P-balloon room (based on Tubular, though it will play differently; it will still be very hard, but not as unforgiving), a room involving riding Lakitu's cloud (based on Sky Sanctuary from RttC), and a Magikoopa room (inspired by SMW2).

Have you played through the IPS? I highly doubt this is Kaizo, though perhaps I should remove the most claustrophobic jumps. I have got very far through this without savestates, just not the end.

You also forgot to put the Green Switch in World 1 and list Ghost House 3 and Bowser's doors as In Progress.

By the way, I am not doing the water room. There are too many issues with parts of sprites disappearing (and that doesn't change when NMSTL is applied).

I tried the Lakitu idea, and found I could make the tilesets work and not be too restrictive. I will do this room next.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

DM0NEY, is this still ongoing? I'm currently working on a level in the ice world, 5-1 to be specific (ice/water).

Yes everyone this is still ongoing. Sorry for the silence over the last little while. I have begun to work on it again tonight and I'm going to be checking out everyone's finished levels tomorrow. This time I promise #tb{¬_¬}. I will provide feedback to everyone who has ask so far and I will clean up the list of what is finished and what still needs to be completed. And I will mark you down for it level engine. Thanks for the help.
