Some constructive criticism:

There generally doesn't seem to be much going on in the screenshots; this might just be due to how they're taken but if not then you may need to add more hazards to deal with.

Perhaps you could decrease the amount of cement blocks? (Also remakes of SMB1 levels are generally disliked, as they are done to death)

Don't be discouraged though, everyone starts out small. #smw{:peace:}

Cement blocks are placeholders. I will replace them with nicer-looking bones. As i said, this hack is still work in progress.

Not bad for a first hack. There isn't much happening judging from the very few screens you showed us, but as you said, it's a work in progress. Even then, it could go for a wider variety of enemies and objects other than the simpler ones in order for your levels to stand apart from the average vanilla level (that also includes that one screen you took involving two walls of coins). However, you're beginning small, and lots of us were newcomers to that stuff, so you'll evolve with time.

Be careful to not blatantly edit the original game's levels though, because I can easily recognize one screen from the smasher room of Iggy's Castle, only with seemingly random targets at your direction. I find it fine to still use their general layout, but don't make them recognizable as levels we've played a bunch of times. And is there a main plot for this?

I'll not only follow this hack's progress, but also wish you the best of luck. By the way, welcome to SMW Central!

This looks good overall, though custom palettes would be nice.

It looks very flat (going by what was shown in Demo 2.6). You might want add more variety to the ground which could be done by the use of slopes.
Demo 2.7:
One level added.

Try fiddling around with Map16 a little bit. It might help you, since your hacks are flat overall. Try fiddle around with the 8x8 editor, too and those backwards lands. It's fun and nice to look at.

My hack:
I'm sorry, but I have to agree with what others said about your design. Not only does it look flat, it's also incredibly unfocused, and if all you're gonna focus on in your latest level is bullet bills, then you could experiment those generators that show up diagonally, horizontally and upwards. Placing the shooters inside countless machines will cause a lot of slowdown and some enemies' disappearance, so watch out for that.
There are infinite possibilities for all sorts of bullet bills though, even the underused banzai bill.

Be sure to give your ground a bit more variety, too. Makes the overall looks appealing.

Aside from what everyone else said about your level design, I think you should think of a better title. It sounds like an obscure Mario bootleg for the Famicom.
The last level of my 2-world hack:
Note: These screenshots are old and level is now tweaked to remove some cutoff.

Before I upload the hack, i will tweak some levels. It will be finished around January 2016.

You should at least remove the pipes because they look solid, also the level design still looks pretty bland.
There is an info box saying that you can go through these pipes.
By the way, it's my first hack.
