[APPROVED] 3-5: Climbing Treetops



This level is more of a breather, thought I would say that. Mostly para-stuff (goombas, koopas, etc.).

It looks pretty, appears to play well, and if you want more difficulty, try obstructive placement of chucks. (Not unfair placement of course, and not too obstructive, but you knew what I meant anyway.)

Note that the black space after the titlescreen is NOT a crash, the cutscenes broke with the ASM Pack. Just press A until you get to the message area.

Yeah, those were my thoughts. The blue platforms could easily just be replaced, and the Paragoombas... well, I dunno about that one. It just felt kinda unfair, but not badly unfair.

Edit: Also, the ASM Pack breaks the level ending, but I'm sure you know about that.

I personally didn't find the paragoombas as much of an issue, bit I'll remove them if they are.

More fixes though.
Sometimes parachute-less Goombas will quickly fall from the sky without warning, wich can then lead to some unfair hits/deaths. This seems to always happen near solid tree trunks.

Both the leaf and paragoomba generator don't appear again when you start from the midway point.

Minor cutoff with the goal tape.

Also, why are there no powerups before the midway point?

Those were the only things that I could find. Otherwise the level was good.

I didn't forget about this.
I hopefully fixed everything about the unfair Paragoombas, and fixed everything Centipede mentioned.
