I uploaded my SPCs into a China file storage service.
I guess somebody put some malware or virus on it and lets people download.
These are some very good ports so far. I think my favorite is Ryu's Determination. I love what you've done with that song. Keep up the good work! #smw{:TUP:}
Your layout is on vacation.
Thanks for comments! By the way, I made something new:
Super Mario Galaxy - Tension

Now I can port Wii musics!
That's actually much better than I excpected. My only gripe is that the trumpet, from 0:09 to 0:12, isn't at the correct pitch (original part of the song I'm talking about). But otherwise, I really like it.
I agree with Sayuri on this, the pitch is definitely off, otherwise the rest of the port sounds very ominous. I like what you did here TCDW, great job. Must not be a walk in the park porting from Wii.
You're also missing a few of the chords from the original song. The trumpets are definitely chorded in the original whereas in your port it's not.

More subtly, at the end of the second string section the strings are chorded as well. And, while we're at the subject of strings, perhaps you should use a different ADSR on the last string notes before the trumpets in both sections as in the original song the strings fade out more smoothly there.

Though, is this a WIP? Just asking to make sure I don't point out anything you already know.

I re-listened the original song and fixed them.

Thanks for your suggestion, now I put different ADSR into the string channel.
About chorded strings, I am going to fix it.
And yes, it not really finished.
Nice port, tcdw, i have a question for you: What samples you used for this SMG port?
Also, looks like that you copy and paste the whole #2 and become #6, i suggest to decrease the octave (or pitch) on #6.
I hope that this helps.

I took samples from Final Fantasy V, Hourai Gakuen no Bouken and Kirby's Dream Land 3.
And thanks, I fixed the pitch problem again.
Since I ported nothing nearly 1 month, I made something new:
Mega Man 4 - Skull Man (8-Bit & 16-Bit Remix?)

E: The ID666 tag says it's a Mega Man 5 song, but never mind, it's my mistake.
I loved your sampled port of Skull Man, but i feel that the port itself is empty.

I tried to add strings channel, harp channel, etc. but none of them works well, and make it sounds rather croud.

E: Is this sounds better?

I tried to add a custom strings channel.
I feel that the notes are wrong.
You are the one of who want to review my ports.

Are you guys think these of my ports are too good or too bad to be reviewed?
I really like the chosen instruments for this port, sounds like a Megaman song. It's sad that I really don't like Megaman songs as much as the Megaman X songs; but I digress. You've done a nice job porting this over.

As far as not getting reviews, SMW Hacking in all areas is not what it used to be; around 5-7 years ago, you could post anything and it'll get a lot of feedback, now... you can post twice or even three times in a row before somebody even considers saying something. It's not just you, it's everybody who develops that is suffering. Why else do you think people like FPI don't even bother to post their work? I myself have gotten to that point simply because the feedback I want just isn't there. Do note the following isn't a reprise on the whole of the site, I'm just stating from my experience as an answer to the commonly asked question: why no feedback???
it's too slow and has a bunch of wrong notes but the rest is fine

there's a sizable amount of people on this site that don't need feedback anymore, they're skilled enough to just improve by keeping doing what they're doing. as standards are rising, people will respond less quickly to something that would be considered an immense amount of work a couple of years ago. most feedback nowadays will tell you that something's wrong, rather than something being right

it's not a bad thing, just keep posting and don't take feedback as a given.
