Started on a ruined, "everybody died" holocaust version of SMB3.
I almost hated myself for a second as I put this together, thinking about who would slaughter innocent civilians in such horrific ways?
It's a work in progress, I guess.

I'm not sure how the graphics for Bowser's bowling ball work, and I'm assuming some of the tiles in the bowling ball are just flipped on X or Y to save space.
For the animated lamps,
I was wondering if you could add some trees to it as well as a darker version of the smw overworld tileset to give a night time feel.
If it's too much to ask, could you also make a ghost house version of the lamp so the light is blue?
Two more screenshots of works in progress.
Hopefully Koopris and Tob see these, if they want me to do something else.

The windows in the skyscrapers (the background) are palette animated. This is the brightest those windows get. And I felt that a city needed some girders.

Okay, now I just got stumped and thought "grassland from NES Super Mario Brothers 3", and started an attempt at an 8-bit grassland. Do note that the redhead isn't part of the grass tileset; it's a little more of a story than anything else.

I'll likely be denying requests after Monday night, because of how many I've ended up with compared to what I was expecting. I still have to spend some time to fulfill everything that's currently on the table, and it doesn't just happen in a snap.
Also, I figured out that the foreground Map16 for Colossus Castle is in fact using the wrong palette - it should be using Palette 2 instead of Palette 4; that should clear it up until I go update it.
Here, uploading some of the requests. I didn't really like my attempt at the 8-bit grassland, and I don't know what Tob thinks, so I didn't include that just yet.

I've also updated the Colossus Castle tilest - now the MAP16 foreground file should be using Palette 2 and not Palette 4.

Now, for the download link.
