This might be a good one to use if it is a rather active title screen taking place in a dark castle.

I think this is what you mean, m420.
Right err, strange resource related question...

But what's a good tileset for a level based on the Shadow Temple in The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time? The darker and creepier the better?

Because I want to make a Zelda themed horror level, and I can't for the life of me find a good tileset or background for it.

As for Mario's Nightmare Quest? Well, it's currently on Fusion Gameworks, ROM Hacking.net or the GCN at the moment.
Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew the music used in Toads World. Especially the castle themes?

I would post a link to a video, but the ones that I can find seem to be older revisions of the game with completely different tracks. The version I'm referring to is the one that is available for download from this site.

Kind of a long shot but any help would be highly appreciated. Also, I posted this in the wrong area of the forum earlier, if the person that helped with a few suggestions is reading this, thank you!
Anyone know the name of this song?
Mother 3 - Mecha-Drago

where I can get these sprites?
It would help if you listed which sprites you're talking about so we can easily identify them.
Windowless ride, feeling alive
Are you alive or just breathing?
Someone knows some good reskin to the skull cart sprite from DKC2,I want use in my vanilla-styled hack but the skull gfx is bit weird for a vanilla hack.

I am wondering if there are any SMW Custom Music or MIDIs that are closest to techno / electronic / dubstep / drum and bass. The closest I've found was Avicii - Levels V2. I was going to use the Electrodrome theme from Mario Kart 8, but I haven't found a midi file for it.

And another question is are there any SMW Custom Music or MIDIs that sounds kiddish and playful or is some sort of toy theme? The closest I've found was Paper Mario - Shy Guy's Toybox.

The only techno-y SMW track I can think of is the Abstract theme from VLDC7. As for MIDIs, I recommend Bomberman Hero - Redial. (The whistle is a bit off first time. It sound right the second time.)

Toy themes: Super Bomberman 5 - Stage 2 comes to mind. TwinBee Yahoo! - Twin Flight is also very joyous and playful, though it might not fit in a toy-themed level. There's also this MIDI of Crash Bandicoot Warped - Orient Express.
Ok, first of all, I apologize in advance if any other user has already asked a similar question in this particular topic, but I honestly did not want to sift through all these pages of replies with only vague keywords.

What I want to know is where might one get the foreground graphic tiles for the black "skull blocks," for lack of a better term? I will provide a screenshot of what I am talking about to clarify.

E: Ok, here is a screenshot of what I am referring to: http://bin.smwcentral.net/u/26519/image.jpg
Those don't exist anywhere in particular because they're extremely simple edits of SMW's bullet machine... I believe I've even "drawn" them myself for some random project at some point.

(Also it seems pretty painful to look for previously answered similar questions through this thread, so don't hesitate to ask)
It's easily the best thing I've done
So why the empty numb?
