This thread isn't the right place for that. Please post in the "General SMW Hacking Help" forum, and remember to be specific about your problem.

Click.

It's claimed... by System? On 1970?!
That means that the file has lost its creator's information. By default, the site assigns the owner to the System user and sets its submission time to the beginning of the Unix Epoch (1970-01-01T00:00:00UTC). You may notice it being several hours early or late; that's your timezone being added in.

Nope. Claimed, not submitted/made by.
Sometimes when I click either the "first unread post" or "latest post" arrow buttons in threads, sometimes it redirects me to the "You do not have permission to view the post" thing. It's been happening kind of more frequently lately. Is this normal for whatever reason or is it a bug?

it happens if you double click the arrow by accident. which means that you've been double clicking by accident more frequently lately
Well why does it do that? Isn't there any way that can be fixed/prevented? #ab{>_>}

probably something about going to an unread post when youve already gone to the unread post due to already having clicked the button

might be easier to fix your double-click habit, though im no site programmer so i'll be quiet

Well actually I've been noticing it occurring when I do it on my 3DS, and there for some reason you have to "click" stuff multiple times or it doesn't work... for some reason... #ab{<_<}

But yeah, from now on I'll try to stay away from that button if I'm browsing the site on some mobile thing. Thanks for the help/advice. #ab{:)}

Here's why it happens. When you click on the arrow, it takes you to this url:
Code
http://www.smwcentral.net/?p=viewthread&t=[thread id]&do=viewunread

Note the bolded part; the page tries to load the first unread post. When you click on it the first time, it will mark that post read, and clicking it a second time cancels the first page load and starts a new one.This time, however, all the posts have been marked read, so you get an error.
Additionally, if you have the forum index open in one tab, and a forum in another, if you "Mark All Posts Read" in the Forum Index, you'll get this error if you try to read any thread in the forum tab.

Some nipticky Forum Index related stuff:
Why does the new "Collaboration Projects" forum show a "No posts" in the last post field, while the C3 Museum never showed anything?
Also, it's always bugged me that both archived FoSes are named different (one is "the ruins of", the other isn't). I was only gonna post the above one but I figured I'd throw this in anyways.
It's easily the best thing I've done
So why the empty numb?
Wakana needs to be retroactively added to the Rainbow Critic usergroup since the usergroup was created after he earned it but the code never grandfathered him in; he's stuck as Blue Reviewer, but got the correct badge update. Everest got the usergroup status update after he reached 200 with no problem so this thing should not recur.

edit: null. Problem was solved by reducing points and returning them to the original total.

Just look above you...
If it's something that can be stopped, then just try to stop it!

Because the C3 subforums are not true subforums. They are forums inside a forum. The "Collaboration Projects" forum however has actual subforums.

I am guessing the same system does not apply to "Collaboration Projects" because the main forum is going to be used for something?

Also I agree with you on the FoS forums.
Hm.... There seems to be a bug with the "tags" box when submitting something (music, at least). When I went to upload my port to the section, I noticed that when I began typing in tags, the pointer to the current location didn't move, instead, the entire text started moving off of the box to the left.

Not sure if this is intended for some reason or if it is a bug, but I certainly don't recall seeing this when I was submitting my other ports... #ab{>_>}

Unable to reproduce that one myself. What browser & OS are you using? Also, is it still occurring, or did it just happen once? If it's still happening, try reloading and clearing cache.
I've already reported this to p4, but I'm posting it here for the record. The radio's still not showing up in the top bar when it's up for some reason... Gamma's DJ'ing as of this post.

not sure if it is already being worked on, but it seems most of the music section thinks it was posted in 1970...

just bringing this to attention if it isn't already

Already reported over here. Most of the songs have their date reset to zero for some reason, and guess it'll get fixed soon.
