DAT DESCIPTION o.O
First off, before I forget again, what's up with theses screenshots. Any emulator has a build in screenshot function. Usually you can set the hotkey somewhere. Heck, even if you used normal computer screenshots and cut the image with paint it would be better. Next time, please submit propper screenshots.

So, with that out of the was, let's move to the hack.
Honestly. It fails. For one, it seems to forget the objective of trying to teach you swedish after about 4 levels. The only level that does a somewhat decent job at it is the first one, which teaches you numbers. While I still have no idea who they are ponounced, I could at least learn to write them.
The color level just leaves me guessing which color it actually means. I'll admit that the doors taking me to a level which is build in mostly that one color is a neat idea though.
Lastly, the level teaching me the additional letters. Doesn't tell me how they are pronounced. If I take that on to german, it's like saying "We have 4 additional letters: Ä, Ü, Ö, ß good luck figuring out how to pronounce them". And let's not even think about how fucked you are if you do this with japanese.

Lastly, I don't know how strict swedish people are about it, but this IS NOT hoe the swedish flag looks. (cross should be more to the left). Again, I don't know how strict people are about it but to me it's comparable with a sine being drawn with half circles.

The levels themself are not really good either. You've got cutoff all over the place. Mostly caused by the freaken tons of stacked/floating munchers but there are other instances too.
The levels suffer from general unfairness too. Like the colors level. I spend like half an hour in there, just trying to find a way out. Every door taking me to a level with a stupid long running passage and at the end of it, is a door that takes me back to the beginning of the level => start over again... EVERY TIME, until I finally found the one door which had an exit to it.

The way you build your levels isn't really good either. Long empty hallways, tons of enemies just trown at me and fake difficulty by having munchers all over the place. The later levels even become blatand edits of the original SMW.

My advice: Take a look at some of the accepted hacks with higher rating or watch some LPs on Youtube to get a feeling of what a decent hack should look like. If you want to stick with the idea of a "learn swedish" hack (and honestly, I think you shouldn't) then trash this ROM and start anew.
If the next time this is submitted the hack is still in this state (read: a pain to play) I'll Blacklist it.

Difficulty: Oscillating between "Lol easy :D" and "Fuck You D:"
Verdict: Rejected.

I'm sorry to say it but here we're going anywhere. I still think that the way you want to teach Sweden is terrible; it's like, not the right way to do it. This also seems to influence gameplay, which is horrible too. Again, I'll analyze the teaching factor and the gameplay factor for this one.

As said earlier, we're not going anywhere with the teaching, which is the main thing here. I noticed you improved a few small things, but it's still very very limited. Definitely not worth to call this as a hack where you learn something more than a few names I forgot already. Again, I'd just give up the idea and make a normal hack instead, but if you still want to push this one, I'd recommend you to have inspiration from a SNES game called "Mario's early years": it's kinda a demential game to be honest, but it will may give you more ideas for your own hack.

The gameplay is nearly absent in this version too. Flat sections combined with unfair spots are the main things of this hack as overall. Not fun and frustrating when it comes to figure out how to clear the level (if it is possible, of course). I don't know if I'm doing this review wrong, but maybe I should give to the teaching factor a bigger priority...even if it's not good as already said. I still think, though, that you can find a way to combine both teaching and gameplay; I have no idea how, but it's granted that this way is just wrong.

Misc issues, we have major cutoff which reveals a lack of efforts in visuals (ground, dem floating munchers, and so on); there's major slowdown in the numbers level, in particular in the chucks section (which was already ugly on its own, but whatever); last but not least, the third room of the Yoshi's house level leads you to an endless bonus game: while I appreciated that you wanted to make a sort of minigames room, having a game that makes you stuck forever unless you reset the game is just bad.

Difficulty is UFO normal, maybe. Difficulty curve here is extremely weird, one of the funniest (in a bad way) I've ever seen.

Without further ado I'd reject this hack. The final choose is up to you: attempting another version following my suggestion, or just make a normal hack.
Lets see here

-No idea how to do that so I used PRINT SCREEN combined with Paint
The image was to big for this site so after making it smaller thats just how they turned out but the screenshoots are visible so yeaH

"Honestly. It fails. For one, it seems to forget the objective of trying to teach you swedish after about 4 levels"
-I will admit many levels are just me testing things but they do fit with the levels titles that teaches you Swedish
A word/level perhaps but still

"The color level just leaves me guessing which color it actually means. I'll admit that the doors taking me to a level which is build in mostly that one color is a neat idea though... Like the colors level. I spend like half an hour in there, just trying to find a way out. EVERY TIME, until I finally found the one door which had an exit to it."
-If you read the riddle at the start it is not to hard to figure out but then again if you just read fast than guess doors than sorry but that is not my problem
Besides if you do go wrong in every door you will have way easier time to remember the colors
Each name of the color has the color just below it
GUL has yellow pipes, VIT has those white cloud blocks, BLÅ has blue water, GRÖN has green apples, RÖD had red apples...

"While I still have no idea who they are ponounced, I could at least learn to write them...Lastly, the level teaching me the additional letters. Doesn't tell me how they are pronounced."
-Last I checked super Mario world does not have voice function but yeah at least you learn to write and learn new words
Combine this hack that is 100% text learning with pronunciations from youtube I guess would work if you need that
My hack is not to teach you 100% of the language but a good start and something different from most language learning tools

"Lastly, I don't know how strict swedish people are about it, but this IS NOT hoe the swedish flag looks. (cross should be more to the left). Again, I don't know how strict people are about it but to me it's comparable with a sine being drawn with half circles."
-From my understanding people are not that strict about it or I would not have made it

"The way you build your levels isn't really good either. Long empty hallways, tons of enemies just trown at me and fake difficulty by having munchers all over the place. The later levels even become blatand edits of the original SMW."
-Here I do not agree that my levels are really bad made
Sure I will admit the secret ghost house and the 3 last levels are only changed somewhat but that will be fixed in future versions
Many of the long hallways I removed for the V1.1 after seeing that youtube video I assume you were the one playing it
From the top of my head in COLORS and the first castle has the long hallways removed

I like the hack so will continue with it
Might make smaller levels to fit with a word/level but we will see
-------------
MY OPINION
For now I will see if I can make either small levels to fit with a word/level or add grammar and what not to the levels but we will see
I will continue with this and in the end if its not a 5 star hack so be it because at least the hack for V1.0 got 3.7 and V1.1 3.5
Sure maybe people are just nice but at the end of the day its not the worst hack in the world and it does teach you some Swedish and is a fun way from other ways to learn Swedish

Oh and
"If the next time this is submitted the hack is still in this state (read: a pain to play) I'll Blacklist it."
-For v1.2 ill try and add new levels to the whole game
Sure I might add very short levels just to fit in with the level title or something but we will see
If this does get blacklisted I will send it to all the people on youtube learning Swedish and make a youtube video about the hack for people to play
I cannot please everyone but I do not agree that the hack is as bad as you say even if its by no means a 5 star hack and that was never the aim for this hack

I don't think learning a language through a hack is fun. I mean, it's like saying "Learn Korean" with the symbols and stuff but without the actual pronunciation, making it very difficult to learn. But I still think this isn't a reason to reject it, but the actual level design is.
Well Swedish has the same letters as English except the last 3 ÅÄÖ but that you can learn on youtube before starting the hack
As for the letters I have seen hacks in Japanese so with Latin letters in brackets it could teach you pronunciation but that problem is for someone who decides to do a language learning hack of a language that doesn't use Latin letters

As for the level design its not a 5 star hack but I think the level design does a good job at teaching you the language if that is what you are aiming for

Sure the V1.1 demo you can get on this site is not the best since some levels needs to expand and other levels changed but if you look at levels like NUMBERS, COLORS, VIT its a good start in my opinion where the hack can go

Long levels perhaps like the COLORS that can be played for over 20 min if you keep entering the wrong color door but no one said the levels had to be short
Besides I prefer 10 long levels than 50 short ones but that is just my opinion

I am not going to lie when I say that I did not finish all the levels in this hack. I dropped this hack prematurely due to its confusing nature, its peculiar difficulty, and its failed objective. Ignoring the unchanged overworld and appearance, this hack did not bring anything new, and what it did bring was not desirable.

Entirely separate from the teaching of Swedish in the game, the level design came out as bland and needlessly challenging. You used some kaizo-ish tricks in almost all of your levels that would turn off most players from progressing in the game. Enemies appeared in a random manner in the levels with their coherency being to harm the player as much as possible, and while some enemy variety is not negative, you threw together any enemy that could make a situation overwhelmingly tricky. The landscape often consisted of flat, barren stretches of land or gigantic layers of munchers. Once in a while, you gave the player a powerup, only to forcibly take it away in a linear course such as running into or across the aforementioned munchers. As the hack progressed, the levels grew more maze-like and less appealing in their difficult goals mandatory to proceed. Nothing in this hack truly rewarded the player other than infrequent and inconsistent knowledge about the Swedish language, and even this did not turn out well.

Beside the gross level design, this hack did not succeed in its prime goal of teaching the player substantial information about the Swedish language. In most early levels, you displayed some focus on the Swedish language, introducing terms for basic concepts such as numbers and colors. Although definitely not ideal, you presented words through coins and, unacceptably, cutoff berries. Sadly, among the chaotic level design, you began to lose this focus on presenting the language as levels progressed, only giving out a singular translation in a text box. Since this hack aimed to teach the player about the language, ignoring this focus in the later level severely hurts the credibility of the hack as a learning tool.

Language SMW hacks always struggle not necessarily by the design of the creator but due to the nature of Super Mario World. The game is not a text heavy game. You get two message boxes with limited space for each overworld level, and you have a lot to explain in them. As a result, you have to branch out in ways such as using coins and berries to spell out letters. Instead of that, I would recommend investigating patches that would allow you to add additional text boxes in a level, or you could work with ExGFX to be able to add the graphics for Swedish text into levels. Even with those fixes, language is clearly a complex subject. There exist countless concepts to exhibit to a learner through grammar, syntax, spelling, vocabulary, pronunciation, colloquialisms, and more. For such a limited resource as a SMW hack, a hacker can hardly include even one of these bits of language in a remotely attractive fashion, and in this particular hack, you most nearly focused on vocabulary alone.

Despite these difficulties, you show much enthusiasm for this hack, and it is good to have such drive for something. Unfortunately, this type of hack requires tremendous work and sophistication to pull off, and as you seem new to SMW hacking, you may consider putting off this hack idea until you have gained more experience through other projects. The level design in this hack has much space for improvement. By putting effort into another project, a project with a simple goal of just being a fun hack with some plot and engaging levels, you will improve vastly. Not only will a project like a SMW hack that teaches a language require careful planning and execution in order to make it impactful and useful, it will require a strong sense of what makes a fun level that sticks with a player. Language demands repetition, practice, and often enough mental connections in order to stick, and you will need notable experience in SMW hacking to help make lasting impressions that will truly help an individual learn Swedish. I personally have doubts that a hack with the intent to teach a language will end well, but if you still deeply wish to execute this hack sometime in the future, I would suggest exposing yourself to outside projects first.

Given the level design of this hack, its difficulty, and its inability to accomplish its main goal of teaching the Swedish language and about the country of Sweden, I would agree with the attributed rating of Hard and would recommend this hack to be rejected.
I would love another language but this isn't a very good way to do just that.

The level design is very generic and is full of errors.
Also the overworld doesn't have a single edit.
Another thing I would like to point out is that this hack doesn't have an actual story or challenge. (In the original Super Mario World you have to save the princess and fight Bowser)
There is also some very annoying kaizo traps in some of the levels.

Overall, This hack needs a lot of improvement before it can get accepted.

To nobody's surprise, the final verdict is rejection.
If you really want to keep this going, I sugest you learn what good hacks should look like.
I don't mean to be offensive, but I think you just (so far) lack the feeling of what a good hack should look like.
Also, I asume you recently started hacking and when just starting out, people often overestimate their hacks (so did I).

-Yeah the 2 text boxes was a problem because as you wrote you get 2 boxes/level and you could fit at most 15-25 word/box
As for writing in coins and cutoff berries that is just as you pointed out because of the limitation of the hack so cant do anything about that

" you began to lose this focus on presenting the language as levels progressed"
-Here is where I start to agree
Sure in my opinion levels like NUMBERS, COLORS, VIT, GUL are examples of ok levels but other levels where either not 100% finished, changed very little from the original or in some cases just short level with a random Swedish word as the level title

"I asume you recently started hacking and when just starting out, people often overestimate their hacks"
-Yeah I did make some few hacks like 4 years ago (videos of the hacks being played do exist on youtube) but they were not that great and in my opinion at least worse than this hack

OVERALL
I do like this hack and sure as some pointed out its not the best hack around but I will keep working on it
Like I wrote above
Levels like NUMBERS, COLORS, VIT, GUL will be kept because I really like them but of course finish other levels, change the other 90% of the levels in the game and add more Swedish language learning/level
Perhaps add one word/level but make the levels shorter or add grammar and make the levels long like COLORS
We will see but overall I am not dropping this one and if in the end it becomes a 3/5 hack so be it because at the end of the day if I am happy with the hack that is all that matters and at least its a more fun way to supplement Swedish than all the same traditional media out there
After all I am not asking for money or anything for this hack so will not work on this hack for years just to get a 5/5 hack but if I like it at the end than that is that :)
