You fucked up the base of the little pillar with the switch palace, it was better before.

Also the stone in the water still has the wrong colour on the left side.
Your layout has been removed.

I can understand the pillar but can you please explain my stone? Is it because it's floating or something?
Thanks in advanced.
He means the stone which is near the bridge. The left side isn't supposed to be blue. Try to change its palette to palette 5.
I tried to rebuild your Overworld and fixed the errors.

As you may see, that Overworld look a bit different, but it looks a little bit better, what its your choice, i only fixed your Overworld.
The lines are still missing on the top-left island with the 3 sign, but everything else is great, so nice job.
Line spamming doesn't always look good, imo it's even better without the lines at the small island.

Thank you so much. I have edited my overworld to look mostly like your recreation. Sorry about wasting your time with such trivial things by the way. ;)

Anyway, here's what it looks like now. I decided to add the lines to the island with the sign because in my opinion it did look a bit neater (not saying no-lines isn't neat).

Also, I have the palette 5 and palette 7 stone pillars next to each other because I'd like to know why the dark blue one isn't correct to have on water? (obviously not going to leave them there)
Thanks in advanced.
Because it looks so unnatural because the stone pillar has a bright yellow-reddish colour and the light is coming from above and not from below.

Looks good man, but don't be afraid to add some personal flair (as it's a touch generic). Oh, and I'm a stickler for symmetry, so it'd be pretty rad if you move the island over with the switch on it a tile to the right, just so that the switch is in the middle.

Personal flair hmm, well, World 3 is supposed to be Earth so I guess being generic helps? (Maybe?)
Also, I would move everything right one but I've already done the event layers. :(
Or just remodel the island a bit so you can move the mountain.
Kinda in hibernation for a while. I hope to be back in full swing soon.

Just tried and that worked.
Thanks.
While we're in the topic of overworlds...

EDIT: Just changed something.
For SMW GFX, that sure looks awesome, Mirann. Also, palettes are pleasing to the eye.
this looks beautiful, Mirann. But this waterfall on that little island look a little bit strange, but overall it looks really good. 👍
i'm liking that overworld there, Mirann! the palettes seem to be reminisce of the original's, yet they still look customized. i'm liking the placements of the level tiles and decoration, although in the bottom-left, there could be a bridge connecting the water level to the actual land; i'm not sure if you noticed that. but anyways, i like what i'm seeing so far. keep it up!
My Inspiring Quotes on Personal Growth and Change:

"Resolved financial/personal problems equal greater growth!"

"The only constant thing in life is change; nothing is set in stone. The old is replaced with the new. Forgive yourself for past mistakes. When many different problems in your life are resolved (personal, financial, etc.), newfound strength and confidence is gained in the process. Usually, failures, lack of assertiveness, disappointments, incompetence, low self-esteem and lack of self-respect, financial struggles, and setbacks can cause us to change and take action to solve any problem, leading to increased strength and confidence. This you learn from experience.

I have been experiencing this aforementioned newfound strength and confidence myself for the past FOUR to EIGHT years or so, getting stronger with each passing year, learning with each mistake I make and becoming more joyful in the process. Because of this newfound confidence I've acquired over the years, finding my passion is of utmost importance in 2022! You can develop this strength and confidence in yourself as well!"

To whoever's reading this, you are amazing and you are capable of doing equally amazing things. Gather confidence and be yourself! Say goodbye to the old you and welcome the new you! It wants to arise every moment, but you don't let it. Learn from your mistakes and never make that mistake again! Find your passion and live it!"

Finding my passion in life, but I may still be active on SMWCentral from time to time. Still enjoy playing many hacks, but I'm widening my perspective on life and opening myself to the new.
There's no water level there - after beating the first level you'll be lead to a bridge level.

I should've shown a version with paths revealed, too.
And thanks for the comments!
It's about time since I last shown progress of one of my project(s) that come up in my head.

This is the first part of the level. That message box basically tells you how to use the SMUSA rocket-jump that is a feature here.

The first encounter with Chargin' Chuck (assuming if this is the first level you choose to play.) And yes, I enjoy decorations.

The only way to reach the "M-coin" (the replacement for Yoshi/Dragon Coins) is to rocket jump.

You can just skip the Clappin' Chuck here altogether, but if you want two more coins, you'll have to go to the sides (or jump into the gap that this Chuck creates.)

This is where you can take two paths; the upper and lower path. If you just go on top of the hill right before this (pictured), you'll have a Koopa Paratroopa (down here as pictured,) two coin boxes, and a Fire Flower box. No matter what, though, you have to take both paths to get all M-coins.

The upper path begins with two Koopas (only one pictured with his full body) and many ? boxes with coins.

If you did not realize this yet, I love how the Chucks behave as enemies.

The only way to get the M-coin here is to lure the chuck into the Muncher-pile (enemies are invincible to these) and then stomp on it.

The lower path has at least one of both Clappin' and Bouncin' Chucks. You can either stomp the Clappin' Chuck to lure him into a pit or simply throw fireballs at him.

Both paths meet at this screen.

The second part of the level, while you may not see it here, focuses more on growing/shrinking pipes.

This last part of the second section requires rocket-jumps to complete.

A room like this appears at the end of every level - when you enter the pipe and fall down, you collect a crystal. Green for grassland, yellow for desert, blue for water (not planned to be a water level entirely, by the way), and red for fire.

Let me guess, these graphics are made by you, aren't they? Yes, I have created the grassland graphics (and some misc. stuff) myself.

I am guessing pillow shading is a problem among us hackers, as I seen it brought up a few times and treated as one. (I'll also possibly make new Mario GFX and improve on my ?-block GFX.)
