1. This overworld and Fire Yoshi both have bad palettes. Upon further inspection, player 2 also has a bad palette, for both normal/Super/Cape and Fire states. Using the "Mario Palette" as a guide for which shades and hues to put where, assign new colors to the conflicting palettes.
By the way, I like your overworld border colors.
2. Baby Yoshi and adult Yoshi should not be used together because daddy's son becomes his face.
3. Remnants of Mario from GFX00. I'm pretty sure a GFX00.bin was included with icegoom's Yoshi.
I get that the point of this is to be Super Mario World with Yoshi as the main character, but there are some really strange palette choices, and status bar/level exit/"xxxxx START!" references are all left untouched, so it doesn't feel like an authentic Yoshi experience. The mountable Yoshi is removed from some levels -- I jumped ahead to check if Valley of Bowser 4's secret exit would be obtainable, and it turns out Yoshi was left in there... which makes me wonder why Yoshi was removed from other levels.
I just don't feel that the extent of the edits performed on this hack qualifies it for our section on SMWC. Sorry.
Just look above you...
