How Fit Are You?

By that, I mean are you best at speed, jumping, power, etc. I'm a speed, and all-rounder type of person. Not so much a power type. I don't even practice running yet I am one of the fastest people in my grade.

I go to the gym often, so I'm fit in the ambit of strenght. It's ironic, considering I just HATE going to the gym (I must go, though)

This layout good as my stories is made by Kagami
I do have ample workout equipment at home. Even tho as of late I haven't been strength training as much (I probably should have put that in "hobbies you miss") I am called upon whenever I have to help move big, heavy objects for whatever reason.
-I jog/walk around the blocks twice consecutively but I generally jog only most of the way.
-I ran/jogged/walked my first 5K a few months ago and I could have used a segway the rest of the day. It was fun but never ending, like repeatedly taking the wrong path in a looping SMB castle.
-I pedal on the exercise bike thru TV episodes sometimes.
-I have a pull-up bar and I still can do pull-ups on that despite my aforementioned lack of remembering to do strength training.
-I can also do several push-ups, tho not quite as well as I used to.
-I can swim also, but not too many consecutive laps, and backstroke tires me very easily, especially compared to elementary backstroke.
So I'm probably best at either endurance, strength, or agility.

My Inspiring Quotes on Personal Growth and Change:

"Resolved financial/personal problems equal greater growth!"

"The only constant thing in life is change; nothing is set in stone. The old is replaced with the new. Forgive yourself for past mistakes. When many different problems in your life are resolved (personal, financial, etc.), newfound strength and confidence is gained in the process. Usually, failures, lack of assertiveness, disappointments, incompetence, low self-esteem and lack of self-respect, financial struggles, and setbacks can cause us to change and take action to solve any problem, leading to increased strength and confidence. This you learn from experience.

I have been experiencing this aforementioned newfound strength and confidence myself for the past FOUR to EIGHT years or so, getting stronger with each passing year, learning with each mistake I make and becoming more joyful in the process. Because of this newfound confidence I've acquired over the years, finding my passion is of utmost importance in 2022! You can develop this strength and confidence in yourself as well!"

To whoever's reading this, you are amazing and you are capable of doing equally amazing things. Gather confidence and be yourself! Say goodbye to the old you and welcome the new you! It wants to arise every moment, but you don't let it. Learn from your mistakes and never make that mistake again! Find your passion and live it!"

Finding my passion in life, but I may still be active on SMWCentral from time to time. Still enjoy playing many hacks, but I'm widening my perspective on life and opening myself to the new.
i used to run cross country for my high school but i got injured too easily. I still have a high enough endurance to continue running though.
id say that im pretty fit in that respect. im working on getting swole but i just havent been able to get to a gym.

I don't get tired easily too, Besides i love volleyball more than soccer.
I love running and I consider my cardio quite a bit higher than average. In terms of sheer strength .. I guess I have decent arms and legs, but my chest area could use a lot of work.

Until you feel your chest on fire and you can't talk because you're panting so hard, keep running. So many people give up as soon as they start breathing heavily - that is not "tired" at all. Once you get over that hump, you can easily pump out another 20-30 minutes of running. Back when I first started, my friend took me on a two hour run with him on some forest trails (including a few slopes that were ~60-70 degrees, which we sprinted up). I actually crawled back to the car because I couldn't feel any part of my body anymore - that is tired.

...of course, most people don't have two hours a day to blow on running, but if you increase your speed and lower your time, you'll find a good balance and actually build cardio.
I'm not very fit at all.
I ride ~2-3 miles on my bike to this little market near my house most weekends, and I walk quite a bit during the day. I never take the elevator.

Then again, most of my life, my BMI has been off the lower end of the chart.
Your layout has been removed.
back in middle/high school i used to be pretty fast (clocked low on mile runs). still am, though i just dont have the stamina anymore. was also pretty flexible.

im not really a "power" person, so no muscle. not really interested in going to any gym either (also my arms are thin as hell and would prolly break at a gym)
Speed, definitely speed! I've been taking dance classes for a little while now, and mostly what that works on is impulse control and memorization, but also greatly relies on speed! :B

I don't know quite how fast I can run and all that, but the general reflexes I have and the amount of rough motor control I have would make me that character with high evasion & speed in an RPG or something, heheh!

I have little to no actual strength though, and I really don't mind!

I, actually, am a person with very low stamina myself! Even making a short way through a run like that would probably leave me on the ground wheezing while lying on my side in the street! In fact, it has! :U
I have went to a gym in my 11, so you can guess I am pretty strong, but not enough. Running is not my thing, since sometimes I can get tired pretty quickly whenever I run to a certain distance, and I have some low stamina, so... Though sometimes I can get motivation to run any distance I want, and even if I feel like I am too tired, I keep on running.
Windowless ride, feeling alive
Are you alive or just breathing?
I am rather slow; the only reason I got 2nd to last at my school's last sports day is because someone fell over. It was rather funny.

Other things:
-I loath football (as in international/British football).
-I've done hiking and orienteering since I was young.
-I've nearly finished my Duke of Edinburgh bronze award (link for those not in the know), where the main purpose is teamwork and mapwork, but whilst carrying 12-15+ kilos for about 8 hours; that's just the easy award too.
-I go to a weekly fitness club at my school
-I really love swimming, but I haven't been in a while
-I have 2 dumbbells in my room that I use from time to time

There's probably more, but I can't really think of much else.

So yea, mostly endurance.

That's why you should never run with your mouth open, (At least i don't).
I'm not that fit.
I'm very skinny and am not even good at basket ball.

its a good habit to maintain breathing control so that you dont have to breath through your mouth. Breathing through your nose is tough though since i rarely see anyone doing it

I'm a pretty good sprinter as I've been playing football (soccer) for 7 years now and I always had a focus on speed. I'm also pretty strong all around (arms, stomach, legs).

Unfortunately I'm rather bad at the whole stamina thing, but that probably comes from the fact that if I run, I sprint.
I've recently cut about 4000 calories a week from soda consumption and I've been making sure to run farther and farther every day, so with any luck I'll go from flab to flat.
I'm not much of a stamina person, but I can sprint rather fast for a short while.

...But some days I feel like I can run a marathon.
Usually inactive/procrastinating on a hack idea.
I'm a lazyass person. However, i can run relatively fast (althought only for a few seconds, after that i get tired)
i just lurk sometimes
