Zildjian: Talk about a nostalgia trip! I used to have the shit scared out of me thanks to Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts as a kid! I also like how the palette of the FG matches the...clam thing from SGnG. I'm not sure if I can say the same about the note blocks being there, though.
A level design a day keeps the table stretch away Linked because image is huge! I'm not sure if the whole camoflauged coin thing is a good idea. What do you guys think? It's worth noting that no matter what the color, they all act like normal yellow coins. I just threw copies into an empty Map16 page and changed the palette on each one, so there's seven different coins; one for each palette barring the regular yellow.

@Golden Yoshi - Stunning OW! I love the custom graphics, they have a very sterile look to them. That is NOT a bad thing! Keeping it simple and clean can be a very good choice and Azurik definitely went the right direction with the decoration and design. Also, the palettes are mighty fine!

That is some pretty nice concept art you have got there. Seems like it takes place in a plant-infested area (by the looks of the pipe) to me. Nice work!

As always, I stared with a grin on my face at this level. How beatiful these palettes all blend together is indescribable. Wow. A small suggestion: I really like all those touch-ups inside the castle blocks and clouds, but outside of them there's close to nothing. Some small heavenly decorations on the clouds ore castle blocks would make this even better I think.

Now that's something unique. The graphics are not perfect, but as this is a concept art I really don't mind. The concept you're going for is awesome and I'd love to see how it looks in an actual level.

I made some snow gfx for my hack. They include ground tiles, slopes, snow banks, fencing, pine trees, ice blocks, a snowman, and grassy patches.

As far as the overgrown pipe goes, I like the idea of a ruined overgrown city. I think you should explore the idea some more.
