What Hack Should I Play? (Kaizo Edition) - Works in Progress

The original kaizo is one of the easiest.

Aside from Kaizo and Kaizo 2, there's quite a few good hacks out there to start off with. Here's a short list of some good ones:
- Worse than Kaizo
- SMWC Kaizo Pack
- SMWC Second Annual Kaizo Contest entries
- SMWC Third Annual Kaizo Contest entries (collaboration hack)
- Hertz Donut
- Chomp
- Random's Retarded Quest
- ~~A Super Mario Thing~~

There's more than just these, though, so take a look through the Kaizo forum for some other ones.

Does inputting values frame by frame for the most part count as "playing" a game? If it does, then this is totally accurate =P

I'm not going to play a hack with music that crashes on SNES9x.

Kinda in hibernation for a while. I hope to be back in full swing soon.

Not sure about the others since I play on ZSNES (only because of fear that it might crash. I put snes9x on Kieran's poll), but I assure you that mine are perfectly safe to play on snes9x.

The only hacks I can think of right now would be the Pit series by Moltov (Pit of Despair & Pit of Doom), the very first two Pit hacks made.

Hertz Donut is one of the hacks that I recommend for you (it's not mine, it was made by Sokobansolver). It gets kind of chocolate-ish near the end. Or the first two levels of World of Mishap.

You should try Mario's Deadly Adventure.

It's currently in beta (version 0.5), but it's ridiculously hard...
