Super Mario World 2,Revenge Of Bowser

Standard

Hey guys, I'm currently working on a Smw rom, And you guys CAN help if you want! Pm if you want to help, Now, I only have one level being worked on or so, And heres a Pic of it.
First suggestion would be to change the name, since there actually is a Super Mario World 2.

Other than that, you might want to build more levels before asking for feedback. What you have so far isn't really enough to get feedback on yet.
This is my signature and stuff.
Oh, Thanks! ...Now i need to think of a new name..
The screenshot's a little distorted due to the compression. PNG is generally the best for hack/Lunar Magic screenshots. That aside, I think the castle tileset you're using looks very nice. There's just 5 decorative bricks facing right that are cut, and should use the ending tile to the left of the bottom of the window in the Add Objects Menu if you haven't already added them. Is there going to be a background in this level, and is the first level of your hack going to be a castle or are you just making whatever comes to mind first?

What is going to be the purpose of that section above Mario that the chains lead to? Is there going to be a door there or some coins, or was there no intended purpose so far? Though a generic idea, I can see that being a good Dragon Coin spot if you put an enemy such as Dry Bones on top of the spikes and have the Dragon Coin above the spikes in such a way that you need to jump on Dry Bones to both get the coin and get back without hurting yourself.

I'm not sure if you're planning out your levels or if you're detailing it as you go, but if you're detailing as you go, try and be careful to not get so wrapped up in it that you neglect the fun factor of the level itself. There's no harm in making the level layout, then coming back to decorate it after you feel it's up to scratch. You may find yourself progressing more quickly this way, too.

For a name, why not just drop the 2 and call it Super Mario World: Revenge of Bowser? There's this hack titled Revenge of Bowser - Legend of the Seven Eggs but I think they're named differently enough since your usage is a subtitle and his is not.

Just look above you...
If it's something that can be stopped, then just try to stop it!
Oh crap, The graphics are screwed up for everything else, the OW, The Enemies, And everything else that isnt on the pic :I
Good idea for the section above with the spikes and chains.
And i am doing a castle level first to mix it up,And i AM doing whatever comes to mind.

Kinda detailing it as i go,and i try to make it Hard, but not insanely hard, but also try to make it not easy as if just walking through a flat level, doing NOTHING,cause that gets boring fast.

And i will go with the Super Mario World: Revenge of Bowser for the name
I am willing to help you make this hack. #smw{:peace:}
Update, I have a bit more er...Unfinished levels. Some,But all unfinished. Except for 3.
