So it appears Find a Pet and Becoming Popular(aka the best songs this season =P) are both nominated to the Daytime Emmy Awards :3

I'm really hoping they win this one ^-^
I wish I had gotten into the music part of the fandom much sooner than I actually did. Now there's so much of it and impossible to keep track on everything (not that I was possible to do so earlier but it's not getting easier haha).

As for other activity in the Fandom, I've sort of stopped going to Equestria Daily. I think I need something else just for variation and not suck the hobby completly dry.
But what? hmm...

Judging from the other nominations i don't think mlp has competition. Find a Pet should clean house very nicely.
List of nominees for Daytime Emmys. Apparently rehash Dreamworks shows are better than Friendship is Magic.

Edit: Didn't make the preschool list either.
John de Lancie and some other people producing a professional documentary about Bronycon and the MLP phenomenon in general. They need at least $60k in donations (though it appears that the minimum amount will be well exceeded).

I would definitely recommend donating whatever you can to support this project. There are even some rather compelling prizes you can get for donating a certain amount.

I was about to ask who in their right mind would actually pledge 10k just to get those prizes, but then I realized that people have spent thousands on plushies/fursuits. That value suddenly seems a lot more feasible.

I'll definitely be donating some cash myself though. I'd love to see it take off.
As someone who cares very little for material things, I sometimes wonder what I'd spend my money on if I was rich.

There's one.
DS/DS3 games, hands down. There's so many of them. Too much cash in total haha.

Oh, and I'd absolutly LOVE to have a Vinyl Plushie. Being a fan of both composing and ponies, can it get better?

Oh yeah, it can. The prices... *sigh* :/
I was about to donate $50, though my dad and I ran into some issues trying to pay with Amazon. Ah well, at least they plan on an eventual public release, so I'll probably buy it when that happens.

Also, it looks like they've already reached $60k. Makes me wonder how much it'll reach by the end.
I really like listening to/watching anything involving John de Lancie now. His fascination with how the MLP fanbase has taken off, and even his own shock in regards to it never ceases to amaze me.

Pretty funny considering the very interview I saw with him basically consisted of him laughing at bronies and saying "to each their own".
I have so far around 700 listens to This Day Aria.

This adds up to around 25 hours I think theres something wrong with me
Easily my favorite song (Smile is extremely close, though). I haven't listened to it in a while, though. Hopefully that remix will be fantastic.
i just lurk sometimes
Winter Wrap Up still wins for best song~

I don't really rank them past that, but Aria's up there with Best Night Ever and Art of the Dress. Smile x3's next.
I seriously can't favor any song from the show over another. They are all truly magnificent in their own way, more or less (Well, some ARE better than others though.)
I mean...do I even need to get started? Nah.

Every now and then I come back to listen to Season 1 songs, only to jump back to "present" and the season 2 ones. Heck, I can't decide, I like them all.
I might try on making a remix of one of the songs myself eventually. Been thinking about Art of the Dress, but would it be considered "too late" for that by now?
There's no such thing as "too late." It's called "retro."
You mean the one by Noobish?

Not much progress in terms of gameplay, but heaps of it in terms of the co-op part apparently (although 3 player co-op doesn't seem to be happening by the looks of it).
Not sure if he is actually working on the CMC part of it at all any more or if he's just working on the general co-op sprite and stopped the CMC hack.
Your layout has been removed.
Yeah, that one. Too bad if it lost the pony theme, though TBH I think the CMC concept would work better without multiple players at once anyway (more like 3 playable characters with different traits).

New subject:
Turn your sound up and be amazed. It's for stuff like this that I keep up with EQD's music posts.
