Unfortunately, there are still a lot of things to fix in this hack. Please note that most of the errors are global, so you'll really have to start looking for them from the beginning and examine all of the levels.
Level Design
Unfortunately, level design is a very-very weak point of your hack. Most of the levels were made of a wide ground only, without any special objects, slopes etc. Therefore the hack became boring really quickly, I recommend you to redesign most of your levels, at least a bit.
You totally shouldn't leave such empty and bland places in your levels.
Cutoff
Not a big deal, but there's cutoff at the right part of the vertical pipe (the rope).
Not really your fault, but the wall is cutoff.
Gray block + pipe.
Gray block + water.
Gray (it looks really bad) lava + pipes.
Palette errors
There were a lot. After the first castle, almost all levels had really bad palettes.
No offense, but this submap looks horrible. The palettes should be fixed, and there's an incredibly big amount of cutoff on the edges.
These are bad level palettes, for example. Use similar colors to SMW's original colors.
Also, I think the 'water' palette could be much better here.
Other
Not a big deal, but the Yoshi footprints would look better with a transparent background.
This Switch Palace was really-really similar to an original Switch Palace from SMW. I recommend you to start your levels from scratch, use Ctrl+Del to delete all objects and sprites in a level.
There should be enough space for Mario to make the ending sequence.
Oh and yeah, no stacked or floating Munchers.
The entrance FG/BG position is too high here. This picture might help.
-------
I could continue listing all the problems in your hack, but it wouldn't make sense since they are very similar to the above ones. You should know by yourself what is bad and not allowed from now.
Please don't fix only the above errors your hack (this is a typical mistake). Really, open your levels one-by-one and look for similar errors (you could also learn from older hack removal logs).
One important thing: the screenshots you uploaded weren't proper. Read the F.A.Q. to learn how to make proper screenshots.
Finally, I recommend you the followings:
