Greetings, salutations, peace to the nations!

This thread is meant to be the place to post your fresh new SPCs. Whether it be to show them off or get feedback and critique, anyone and everyone is welcome to post, whether you're an aspiring porter looking for advice on improving your port or a user of an unrelated specialty saying what you think about someone's cool new composition!

When posting here, keep in mind a few things:
1) Always try to offer feedback, if someone is looking for it. This thread is first and foremost a place for the music community to gather and help each other improve! Try to comment on the last SPC shown off here, especially if no one's done it yet.
2) If you are giving feedback, be constructive! "This port is lame" doesn't tell a user anything, but elaborating on where they can improve can help push them in the right direction.
3) If you're just here to show off, that's fine too! If there's one thing we're collectively good at, it's making cool SNES music.

Newcomers to the porting scene, it's also highly advised that you come here when making your first ports. Don't worry, we won't bite! If you're attempting to get into porting, showing off your first creations here certainly can't hurt.

With all that said, let's hear what you've got!
Welp, I ain't a new porter, but I might as well post here lol

Anyway, here's a thing that I have been making right now:

Mushroom Hill

Basically, I have tried to make this as accurate as possible by sampling the instruments from the original and even getting the drums from the original source too (they're not actually mine tho, but still); IMO it's pretty accurate, but I dunno if there's a way to make it even more accurate, and I'm not very confident when it comes to accurate ports like this, which is why I posted here in the first place lol

The samples here sound pretty good to me. It's cool. I think the bass sounds louder in the original.

I made something with my limited skills! :)

(Astro Man - Mega Man 8)

My best try to get Astro Man from Mega Man 8 on the SNES as accurate as possible. You can definitely tell that the 8-channel limit is there, but it's fine.
Also, I know it's a bit faster, but I think it sounds better this way.
Electromagnetic Waves

I haven't posted on here in months or years, I can't remember lol.
Staff has been encouraging to post here so uh why not

*EDIT
I've updated the spc like 10 times after I posted it here oh god oh fucj
I made yet another genesis port! :)

One of my personal hardest ports ever...
Popolocrois Monogatari - Popolocrois Town

For reference, here's the original. Recreating that lead was difficult so I just did the best I could with some tremolo (will probably touch it up later). Does anyone have any suggestions about instrumentation or anything else? I feel like this port could be improved on greatly but I'm not really sure what to do.

Also damn @Pinci that port is good

(F-Zero - Mute City)

I wanted to remake Mute City but with (subjectively) better samples and stuff.
Hope you guys like it!

If F-Zero was made in 1993. I am impartial about a few instrument choices but overall it does seem to be better.
Lufia 2 - The Earth (WIP)

I've done everything but the percussion. Will figure out how to fix the broken loop on the harps later.

(Bomberman Hero - Redial)

This was a lot of fun to port. The background chords sound a bit different because I thought that they sounded a bit better this way.
This is my first time making a custom music/port, this is Rusty Ruin Zone Act 2 From Sonic 3D Blast for Sega Genesis. I have been requesting for someone to make it but i decided to give it a shot making one. Is not much, but hope it sounds good.

More "If F-Zero was made in 1993"-ness!

Going to do the entire F-Zero soundtrack in that style? A lot of work but not a terrible idea lol.

Rusty Ruin Act 2

Sounds fine. Even if I said it could be better I wouldn't know how because of #smwinstruments
I decided to port some Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion music over the past few days. Any feedback is appreciated.

Do SPCs in here have to be in the AddMusicK engine?

I am interested, but I'm better at SNESMOD than AddMusicK.

Just asking.
