I've been here for ten years...

Where does the time go?

I've been here for 7 years. Where did my time go? It went into going back to school, getting a second degree, getting a job for 3 months, working on comics with a friend of mine, working on animation with aforementioned friend. A good chunk of my time was also spent watching TV, watching anime, and watching YouTube. I also started a Let's Play channel, but that kinda fizzled out before I completed my first LP.

Should I finish my LP of the original SMW?
We are as mayflies.
I've barely posted on here at all until very recently, so I tend to forget that I registered over 8 years ago. And it's been keeping me wondering why I haven't posted here more.

If you want to

I've been here with this account for approximately 7 years, almost 10 if you count my alternate accounts before sticking with the current one. Time flies.

I'm in the same boat as you; I've been on this site for 6 years yet don't really post all that often, yet I feel like I should be more active.

6 years on the site without ever announcing any real projects. I ought to get off of my lazy backside sometime...

6 and a half years, of which i've only spent like 2 months in 2011 and maybe 5 in 2013. Only in May did I come back in full power. This is practically the best site to come back to if you need a community to be in. Hope to reach 10 years before I get banned or the site closes down.
5 years for me, time does indeed fly by

I'm grateful for all the friends I've made here though, so I don't really have any regrets.
The craziest thing is that 2012-2017 is just as long a time as 2007-2012, but the latter feels like an eternity where countless things happened while 2012 is still present-ish.

10 years and you still cant spell words

been here 9 years. i remember my first year and also the last year, but everything in between is a big blur. i cant thank imamelia enough for showing me irc/serioushax; it allowed me to actually "join" the community. theres a lot i regret. and a lot i wish i did. i guess thats why the future is a thing.

you'd think in that time you'd learn the site's rules...

Well...

Just sayin'
8 years here and finally this year I found my focus on hacking. I also become a bit more active on the forums (outside the WIP and Spanish forums that were the only forums where I used to post)

beats me dude

it's been almost 9 for me
I've only been here for a year and a half, but it feels like it's been almost seven.
My layout has removed you.
Been almost 8 years here. I still check the site and read posts everyday, even though I don't post as often as before.
I've been here for hours.

Man, there's always twice as many users as my user id. I've never felt fit to be considered a veteran, but I've been here for a long time now.
I just noticed I've been here for longer than half of the site's history.
It's easily the best thing I've done
So why the empty numb?

I keep saying "I've been here for almost 10 years and I still haven't finished my hack".

Ten years is coming soon for me. Time flies.
