What-a-Blast - New Intro! and overworld revamp?

1) The main character's mother who
you have to save.

2) Sheriff now has a whip instead of (what was supposed to be a hookshot but was seriously broken so it got scrapped.)
3) New Cactus enemy. Jumps towards you only when you get close to it.
4) Archer Sprite/Graphics got revamped.

-----SPRITES

-Make Shooting arrows flammable
-Buff the Giant Orbil (No death from fireball)
-Set "Ready" frame for Hang Glider (Or maybe set some ground below it for first timers.)
-Make a new seagull sprite.
-Make visual cues for bagpipe player (Breath in before playing. I just might make him a 48x48 dynamic sprite...)

-Update player climbing frame
-Make desert rock 106, better tileset
-Update OW graphics/"walking path tiles"
-Change water gradient on OW.

-New title/intro screens
-Fix Music cutting off horribly in caves submap
-Fix Oceanic Onslaught
-Fix OW not loading when game over
-Make sure you know you can touch quicksand
-Set timers on Pinball flippers

-Fix Player vanishing on OW on some levels.

-Make two blocks enough space for dash jump
-Keep steady the status bar palettes
-Have as much LESS LAG as possible.
-Use Custom Boo rings instead of SMW Boo Rings.
-DISABLE level 0 from being entered

-Change the Dragon into a Dragon Sword Wielder, replacing the sword sprite and Fireball ability.
-Make the Dragon fly time less.
-Make the Sword Dragon do combos!

-Remove OW player in Layer 3
-Force player to duck while sliding (before he stops.)
-Disable Enemy Jump Posing during Spin Jump
-Cut the falling bonus game down 5 screens
-Make Logo Screen time longer.
-Make Holding down active on Sound test

-Replace Munchers with Munchers that turn into coins when hit by fireballs.
-Add in tutorial specifying the new ASM additions (Dashing/Crouch Dashing)
(Make a message at startup suggesting a tutorial...)
-Add Tutorial text sprite (using the Demo text sprite)
