Ludwig to Pallette D

I know there is a patch that makes Morton grey, Roy pink, and ludwig blue. But I want Ludwig to be green (Pallette D) can somebody give me a patch for that I really need it.
Please respond...:(


I got Larry's colored fixed so never mind on that.
Post the patch.

Or, look around in the ASM file for comments and see if those say where the palette for each koopaling is.

I looked through the patch and i think changing it to $BC will make Ludwig green.

THANK YOU IT WORKED!!! Now all I need to learn is how to use that seperate Luigi 2.2 graphic, to make a bony beetle pile like in SMA2 and make all the eggs you save like in SMA2 to be colored in the same order!
I wish I could make ludwig and larry hair blue...

It should be noted that the mode 7 bosses don't use the sprite palettes because they don't use the sprite layer, instead, they are objects and use palette 1 because they use layer 1 to stretch and use mode 7 properties. Just a future tip to remember. The actual sprite itself is invisible and uses layer 1 for it's GFX to be displayed. (I think it's called pre-rendered graphics??? I forgot the technique's name...) So changing the the hair color would require changing the white. Make a savestate and use something like yy-chr to look at the palette, then use the ROM Map and find the addresses and change the palettes manually. (That is if the address is there)

But what would happen if I enabled a custom palette for that boss level I can add more colors to make larrys colors right for blue hair and eyes? what about the egg cutscenes?

That will do nothing because everything is hard coded. Have a look around the rom map, there's plenty of info that can help there. I'd help you but my time is limited at the moment, but I'll see what I can pull up later okay.
