There's a huge 'NINTENDO' intro before the title screen. Title screen has some really swag BG palette and a nice level layout.

The intro screen is really confusing and I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean by "Mario precise go to forest of insanitY" namely because 'precise' is used very, very wrongly here. Perhaps you need a proofreader who is fluent in English and Portuguese to help you out (English for the hack, Portuguese for understanding what you mean for it to say.) I'd sell Mirann to you but he may be unwilling.

The overworld has a weird perspective; it doesn't really look like the elevation of the cliffs curves naturally so I'd work with smoother curves, and making the plateaus on top of the base land not have flat bottoms since it goes to further the implication that the ground they're on is level (even.) I like what was done with the level-entering effect.

Yoshi's House is just like the original, except with softer outlines across most palettes and Tetris type A music and a forest background. Gotta admit the forest background looks better than the hills... however, I don't like how the outline can't decide if it wants to be grey or black on the signs and chimneys. I don't mind the berries being outlined in black because they're disconnected from the grey outlines and because Yoshi can interact with them so it makes sense that they're more defined.

Banzai Bill Plains starts out with pretty decent level design, but there's one major problem: The P-switch I get is silver, not blue. There is no pipe for me to enact the trans-switch glitch that changes the behavior to the blue P-switch. I'm confronted with used blocks all around the only path forward.

For that reason, I am forced to reject your hack. You should test your hack after changes that involve moving blocks that changed based on the X-position. Moving your P-switch block to the left or simply placing a blue P-switch will fix your problem and make your hack playable.

Just look above you...
If it's something that can be stopped, then just try to stop it!
